Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, Minister of Labour, Employment, Vocational training and social dialogue and the Minister for Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, Government spokesperson,
Given the Labour Code, including article L. 2261-15;
Seen transport code, including its article L. 5543-1-1;
Seen Order No. 2015-918 of the 27 July 2015 on the collective agreements and agreements of seafarers and the Composition and functioning of the National Commission for Maritime Collective Bargaining;
Given the National Collective Agreement for the Shellfish Aquaculture of 19 October 2000;
In view of the Order of 5 July 2001 extending the Convention National collective agreement of 19 October 2000 concerning shellfish farming and successive orders extending amendments to the said Convention;
In view of the amendment No. 19 to the national collective agreement on shellfish farming;
Given the request Extension presented by the signatory organizations;
In view of the Extension published in the Official Journal of 5 September 2014;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the Agricultural Sub-Committee of the conventions and agreements of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the Commission National of Maritime Collective Bargaining at the September 23, 2015 session,
Stop:

Item 1 Article 2

The extension of effects and Sanctions of the amendment referred to in Article 1 shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining time to run and to the conditions laid down by that amendment.

Item 3

The Director Maritime Affairs at the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy, the Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Director of Business The Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
