This Act authorizes the approval of the agreement in the form of an exchange of letters between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation on the settlement of additional obligations related to the termination of the agreement of 25 January 2011 on cooperation in the construction of projection and command buildings, signed in Moscow on 5 August 2015, and the text of which is annexed thereto.

The approval of the agreement is authorized in the form of an exchange of letters between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation on the settlement of additional obligations related to the termination of the agreement of 25 January 2011 on cooperation in the construction of projection and command buildings, signed in Moscow on 5 August 2015, and the text of which is annexed to this Act (2).

This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
