Confer entitlement to the provisions of article l. 4123-4 of the code of defence services carried out under operation Bal on the territory of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, the Republic of Senegal, the Republic of Mali, of the people's Democratic Republic of Algeria, the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, the Republic of the Niger the Libya of the Republic of Chad, the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Republic of Cameroon and the Central African Republic to count from 1 October 2014.


Article 2 this order shall continue in operation for a period of two years from the date referred to in article 1.


Article 3 the Minister of finance and public accounts, the Minister of defence and the Secretary of State for the budget are responsible, each in relation to the execution of this order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
