Notice: in the communities governed by Article 73 of the Constitution as well as Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, individual rural operations may involve enterprises of locality, commercial, artisanal or service, producing an annual turnover of less than 1 million euros excluding taxes, and located in hamlets and rural towns whose population is not ex 000 In these same ultramarine territories, the financing by FISAC of direct aid to companies, within the framework of collective operations, is subject to the condition that the financial participation of local authorities, intercommunal cooperation organizations and participating European structural funds is equal to that of the fund.

Decrete:
After the first paragraph of Article 4 of the decree of May 15, 2015 referred to above, the following provision is introduced:
"In the communities governed by Article 73 of the Constitution as well as Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, the rural hamlets and towns that are administratively linked to a municipality whose population is more than 3,000 inhabitants may be the subject of an individual rural operation if the population of these rural hamlets or towns does not exceed 3,000 inhabitants. »
In the fifth paragraph of Article 5 of the above-mentioned Decree of May 15, 2015, the words "operation mentioned in Articles 2 and 4 of this Decree" are replaced by the word "action".
The second paragraph of Article 5 of the Decree - of 15 May 2015 is supplemented by the following provision:
"In the communities governed by Article 73 of the Constitution as well as Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, this financial commitment cannot exceed that accumulated by the local authorities, inter-communal cooperation organizations and participating European structural funds. »
The Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs, the Minister of Overseas, the Secretary of State for Budget and the Secretary of State for Trade, Crafts, Consumer Affairs and Social and Solidarity Economy are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
