This fixed order, for the academic year 2015-2016, the amount of tuition paid by students for the preparation of a national diploma in one of the tertiary institutions agricultural public enumerated by article D. 812 - 1 of the rural code and maritime fishing referred to above.

Recipients of a higher education scholarship granted by the State and wards of the Nation, law, exempt from the payment of tuition fees referred to in article 2.

The amount of the tuition fees for the preparation of a national diploma of university higher education corresponds to that set by order of the Minister responsible for higher education.

The amount of the registration fee paid by applicants to a national diploma by the validation of acquired experience amounts to 1 561 euros.
In the event of partial validation, the amount of the registration fee paid for a second entry amounts to 806 euros.
The monitoring of further training is part of continuing vocational training. These benefits are set by the Board of Directors of the institution.

The amount of the registration fee paid by applicants to a national diploma in public institutions of higher education agricultural by the validation of studies carried out in France or abroad totalled 806 euros.
In the event of partial validation, the amount of the registration fee that the candidate must pay in respect of the additional training will be calculated according to the number of European credits to validate for the graduation.

Students who have paid the tuition fees or what in lieu thereof to another french or foreign institution may be totally or partially exempt from the payment of the rights provided for in articles 2 and 7 pursuant to reciprocal agreements.

Tuition fees are due to the title of the academic year in progress, for each entry in the preparation of a national diploma. However, when a student registers in the same establishment for the preparation of many graduates, it pays a fee at the full rate for the first entry and a right at the rate reduced for each of the following entries. If rights before being thus paid have different rates, the right paid at the full rate is highest.
Students may be exempt from all or part of the payment of these fees under the conditions laid down in article R. 719 - 50 of the above-mentioned education code.

The amount of the fees for registration for the preparation of a graduate from issued by a public agricultural higher education institution is set annually by the Board of Directors of this institution.

When a student performs all or part of his training in a higher education establishment other than that in which it is registered, the practicalities of administrative support and repayment of a portion of the amount of the tuition fees paid by the student are determined by an agreement between the institutions concerned.
