In light of Decision No. 2003-307 of 10 June 2003, as amended, authorizing SAM Télé Monte-Carlo to use a radio resource for the operation of a national television service broadcast in clear by terrestrial terrestrial television in Numeric mode named " TMC " ;
In light of Decision No. 2003-311 of June 10, 2003, as amended authorizing NRJ 12 to use a radio resource for the operation of a national over-the-air television service broadcast by terrestrial terrestrial television in mode Numeric " NRJ 12 " ;
In light of Decision No. 2003-316 of 10 June 2003, as amended authorizing the CBS La Chaîne Info to use a radio resource for the operation of a national television service broadcast on the condition of access by hertzian means Terrestrial in digital mode " LCI " ;
Given Decision No. 2009-505 dated 20 July 2009 authorizing SMR6 SA to use a radio resource for the operation of a terrestrial digital terrestrial electronic communications service in digital mode;
Seen Decision No. 2011-122 of 1 March 2011 authorizing the Department of Alpes-Maritimes to use a radio resource for the broadcasting of terrestrial terrestrial television service publishers in digital mode on the zone De La Brigue;
In view of Decision No. 2011-645 of 19 July 2011 authorizing the Community of communes of the Haut Verdon-Val d' Allos (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence) to use a radio resource for the broadcasting of the programmes of terrestrial terrestrial television service publishers in digital mode on the Thorame-Basse;
In light of Decision No. 2012-505 dated 10 July 2012, as amended, authorizing the Department of Alpes-Maritimes to use a radio resource for the broadcasting of television service publishers' programs Land in digital mode on the Beuil area;
Due to the deliberation of the 25 July 2006, as amended by the Senior Audiovisual Council on the setting of rules for the sharing of radio resources for the multiplex of terrestrial digital terrestrial television;
Considering that the frequencies for the sites Of Thorame Basse, La Brigue et Beuil 1 identified in Decision No. 2015-64 of February 11, 2015 have been the subject of authorisations n ° 2011-645 of 19 July 2011 to the community of communes of the Haut Verdon-Val d' Allos (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence), no. 2011-122 of 1 March 2011 in the Alpes-Maritimes department and n ° 2012-505 of 10 July 2012 in the Alpes-Maritimes department by the Conseil supérieur de l' audiovisuel pursuant to article 30 (3) of the Act of 30 September 1986; therefore, it is appropriate to remove these frequencies from the annex to Decision No. 2015-64 of the 11 February 2015.

The frequencies listed in the Annex to this Decision are removed from Annex I to Decision No. 2015-64 of 11 February 2015.
This decision will be notified to the SA Société d' exploitation du multiplexe R6-SMR6 and will be published in the Journal Official of the French Republic.
