Describes:
Mr Michel Pinard, Foreign Affairs Adviser, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the State Plurinational Bolivia, is named Ambassador, Permanent Observer of France to the Organization of American States in Washington, replacing Mr. Jean-Claude Nolla, called to other functions.
The Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development are responsible, as far as they are concerned, for the application of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
