It is established with the French Institute of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Kinshasa), for its branch in Goma, a revenue authority for the encumberment of the products mentioned in article 1 of the aforementioned decree of 10 December 1993.
It is established with the French Institute of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Kinshasa), for its branch in Goma, a pre-payment board for the expenses referred to in Article 3 of the aforementioned Order of 10 December 1993.
The amount of advance to be granted to the regulator is set at EUR 2,000.
The regulator is authorized to open a local bank or postal account. However, its opening in a currency other than the local currency or the euro will have to be the subject of prior authorization from the specialized management of public finances for the foreigner.
The maximum authorized amount of cash and the bank or postal account of the regulator is as follows:
- maximum amount of cash: 1,500 euros;
- maximum amount of the local bank or postal account: 3,500 euros.
The Ambassador of France to the Democratic Republic of the Congo is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will take effect on the date of installation of the Registrar and will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
