Order of 5 May 2015 extending d ' agreements concluded within the framework of the national collective agreement of#039Union of the trade union chambers of the glass professions (point 2306)

The Minister of Labour, Employment, Training Professional and social dialogue,
Seen job code, including its article L. 2261-15;
In view of the order of 9 February 2004 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement The Union of the Union des chambres unions des métiers du verre of 18 December 2002 and the texts which amended it and supplemented it;
Having regard to the agreement of 15 November 2013 on salaries, concluded in the framework of the abovementioned collective agreement ;
In view of the agreement of 30 October 2014 on salaries, concluded in the Framework of the above collective agreement;
In view of the requests for extension submitted by the signatory organizations;
In view of the opinions published in the Official Journal of 23 April and 27 December 2014;
In view of the opinions gathered during the survey ;
Given the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), delivered at the session of 7 April 2015,
Stop:

Item 1 Article 1 is extended subject to compliance by employers with the branch of the regulations laying down the interprofessional minimum wage for growth.
Article 3 is extended, subject to the application of the
provisions of Article L. 2241-9 of the Labour Code, which Provide that the annual wage negotiations are also intended to define and schedule measures to eliminate pay gaps between women and men.

The terms: " SMG Monthly CSTITV "," RMAG CSTITV "," 3 031.00 " And " 36 493,24 € " The minimum wage grid established by Article I shall be excluded from the extension, as the manufacturing companies of glassware mechanically worked on the torch are not included in the extended scope of the Convention Of the Union des chambres unions des métiers du verre.
Article 1 is extended, subject to compliance by employers with the branch of the regulatory provisions laying down the interprofessional minimum wage for growth.
Article 3 is extended subject to the application of the provisions of Article L. 2241-9 of the Labour Code, which Provide that annual wage negotiations are also intended to define and schedule measures to eliminate pay gaps between women and men.

Item 2


The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned agreements shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining duration and the conditions laid down in those agreements.

Article 3


The Director General of Work is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
