Stop:
-the agreement of 30 October 2014 on wages, Entered into as part of the above collective agreement
The terms: " SMG Monthly CSTITV "," RMAG CSTITV "," 3 031.00 " And " 36 493,24 € " The minimum wage grid established by Article I shall be excluded from the extension, as the manufacturing companies of glassware mechanically worked on the torch are not included in the extended scope of the Convention Of the Union des chambres unions des métiers du verre.
Article 1 is extended, subject to compliance by employers with the branch of the regulatory provisions laying down the interprofessional minimum wage for growth.
Article 3 is extended subject to the application of the provisions of Article L. 2241-9 of the Labour Code, which Provide that annual wage negotiations are also intended to define and schedule measures to eliminate pay gaps between women and men.
The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned agreements shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining duration and the conditions laid down in those agreements.
The Director General of Work is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
