On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development,
Having regard to the Constitution, including article 55;
Vu le Decree No. 53-192 of 14 March 1953 concerning the ratification and publication of the international commitments undertaken by France;
The State Council (Finance Section) heard;
The Council of Ministers heard,
Decrete:
After Article 3 of the above-mentioned Decree of 14 March 1953, an article 3-1 is inserted as follows:
"Art. 3-1.-The annex to the decree publishing an international undertaking signed by France in the Official Journal of the French Republic, reproducing the text of the undertaking, may be published only in electronic form. »
The Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development are responsible for the implementation of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
