The National Assembly and the Senate adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:

Article 1

Is authorized the ratification of the Agreement concerning the Transfer and Mutualization of Contributions to the Single Resolution Fund (two statements), signed in Brussels on 21 May 2014, and annexed to this Act (2).

Article 2

The Government shall inform Parliament, by 1 October of each year and until 2024, of the implementation of the Single Resolution Mechanism and the Single Resolution Fund, in particular of the overall amount of contributions from French institutions and their payment modalities, as well as of the implementation of the Directive on the Deposit Guarantee System, in particular with regard to their impact on the financing of the economy.

This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
