The President of the Republic,
On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Development International,
In view of the Constitution, in particular Article 13;
The Council of Ministers heard,

Article 1


Mr Didier Le Bret, Minister Plenipotentiary of 2nd Class, Director of the Crisis and Support Centre, is appointed Ambassador for Foreign Crisis Management.

Article 2


Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Development Shall be responsible, as far as it is concerned, for the application of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
