Decree of 8 April 2015 extending d 'an amendment to an agreement concluded in the framework of the national collective agreement on road transport and auxiliary transport activities (point 16)

The Minister of Ecology, du Sustainable development and energy and the Minister for Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Dialogue Social,
Given the labor code, including its article L. 2261-15;
In view of the Order of February 1, 1955, and the successive orders extending the The national collective agreement on road transport and auxiliary transport activities of 21 December 1950 and the texts which have supplemented or amended it;
In the light of the amendment No. 62 of 28 April 2014 concerning the cost of travel in the Passenger road transport undertakings and enterprises Health transport, to the Protocol of 30 April 1974 concluded in the framework of the abovementioned collective agreement;
In view of the request for extension presented by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 17 October 2014 ;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in article R. 2261-5 of the job code,

Item 1 Article 2


The extension of the effects and sanctions of the said rider shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining period to be run and the conditions laid down by the said Avenant.

Article 3


The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Director of Transport Services at the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable development and energy are each responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
