By order of the Minister of Finance and Public Accounts dated March 10, 2015, the opening of competitions for the recruitment of Category C staff of the Ministry of Finance and Public Accounts is authorized under the 2015 year.
The total number of places offered to these contests, their breakdown between the administrative branch in the body of the administrative agents of the public finances, and the branch of the surveillance in the body of the Customs observation agents, as well as the volume of the jobs offered to the beneficiaries of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims and workers with disabilities will be subject to a subsequent order which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
Applicants must opt upon registration, either for the external competition or for the internal competition.
They must also choose the branch in which they want to compete.
The assignment is national for access to the bodies of the administrative agents of public finances and the customs observation officers.

The procedure is carried out in two mandatory phases, a pre-registration phase that assigns a connection identifier communicated to the candidate by post, and then a validation phase of the pre-registration using this number.
Beyond the pre-registration deadline, applicants can access the teleprocedure to modify or consult the registration data until the closing deadline. Any modification must be the subject of a new validation, the last demonstration of the candidate's will is considered to be only valid.
Validation of pre-registration to a contest is mandatory. It must intervene before the registration validation deadline. In the absence of timely validation, pre-registration to the contest will not be taken into account.
The attention of the candidates is particularly called on the need not to wait the last days to register.

In the event of an impossibility to register via the internet, candidates retain the possibility to file or address a registration file to the open registration centres.
Requests for registration must be made on forms issued to this effect by the registration centres under the Ministry of Finance and Public Accounts.
No application for a registration file or any file posted out of time will be considered.
The deadline for the termination of pre-registration on the Internet or the departmental intranet, for application (the stamp of the position being held) or for the withdrawal of registration records from the registration centres under the General Directorate of Public Finance and the General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Rights of the Ministry of Finance and Public Accounts is June 8, 2015 until midnight (metropole time), time limit of rigour.
The deadline for the termination of registration on the Internet or the departmental intranet, for sending (the stamp of the position being held) or for the filing of registration records with the registration centres under the General Directorate of Public Finance and the General Directorate of Customs and Indirect Rights of the Ministry of Finance and Public Accounts is June 22, 2015 until midnight (metropole time), time limit.
Written pre-eligibility and eligibility tests will take place on October 5, 2015.
