Decree of 10 January 2015 extending d ' an agreement entered into in the framework of the collective agreement of the construction workers, public works and related industries and activities of the Guyana (n ° 2870)

On Minister of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Minister of Agriculture, of Agri-food and forestry, Government spokesman,
Given the Labour Code, in particular Article L. 2261-15;
In view of the Decree of 10 June 2010 extending the collective agreement of construction workers and public works Guyana of 25 November 2009 and the texts which have amended or supplemented it;
Having regard to the agreement of 16 July 2014 on salaries, concluded in the framework of the aforementioned collective agreement;
In view of the request for extension presented by the Signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 20 November 2014;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article R. 2261-5 of the Job,

Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the departmental collective agreement for workers Of the building, public works and related industries and activities of French Guiana of 25 November 2009, the provisions of the agreement of 16 July 2014 on salaries, subject to the application of the provisions of Article L. 2241-9 of the Code Work which provides that the annual wage negotiation is also intended to define and schedule measures to eliminate pay gaps between women and men.

Item 2

The extension of the effects and sanctions of the Agreement shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remainder of the Agreement and the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

Article 3

The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Director of Financial, Social and Logistical Affairs Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry are responsible, Each as it relates to the execution of this Order, which shall be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
