Judgment of February 2, 2015 setting the number of places available for the 2015 competitions for the recruitment of senior technicians from the Ministry of Agriculture (recruitment in the rank of senior technician)

By order of the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, Government Spokesperson, dated 2 February 2015, the number of places offered for the 2015 Open External Competition for the recruitment of senior technicians of the Ministry of Agriculture (recruitment in the rank of senior technician) is set at 34, which are as follows:


- veterinary and food specialty: 20 places within the Ministry of Agriculture;
- technical speciality and agricultural economy: 8 places within the Ministry of Agriculture;
- speciality in forests and rural areas: 6 places, including 5 seats in the Ministry of Agriculture and 1 place in the National Institute for Geographical and Forest Information.


The number of places available for the 2015 internal competition for the recruitment of senior technicians from the Ministry of Agriculture (recruitment in the rank of senior technician) is set at 23 which are as follows:
- veterinary and food specialty: 15 places within the Ministry of Agriculture;
- technical speciality and agricultural economy: 5 places within the Ministry of Agriculture;
- speciality in forests and rural areas: 3 places including 2 seats in the Ministry of Agriculture and 1 place in the National Institute for Geographical and Forest Information.


In addition, 3 places are available for disabled workers, which are as follows:
- veterinary and food specialty: 1 place;
- technical speciality and agricultural economy: 2 places,


and 6 places are offered for reserved jobs, which are as follows:
- veterinary and food specialty: 2 places;
- technical speciality and agricultural economy: 3 places;
- Forests and rural areas: 1 place.


If a qualified candidate is not registered on the suitability list established by the Minister of Defence pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Military Disability Pensions and War Victims to perform the duties of senior technicians of the Ministry of Agriculture (at the rank of senior technician), the job(s) vacant may only be filled by meeting the priorities defined in Article L. 406 of the same code and according to the procedure defined in Articles R. 408 and following the same code.
In the absence of a qualified candidate to perform the duties of senior technicians of the Ministry of Agriculture (at the rank of senior technician) or in the event of a refusal of the candidate, the jobs not filled under the conditions set out in Article L. 406 are added to the jobs to be filled under the conditions defined in section R. 412.
