Decree No. 2015-63 of 27 January 2015 on the publication of Protocol No. 16 of resolution 2012-II-16 of the Central Commission for the Navigation of the Rhine, adopted on 29 November 2012, prorogating the validity of the requirements of a temporary character in accordance with Article 1.06 of the Regulation of Visit of the Vessels of the Rhine (articles 7.02, number 3, 8.02, number 5, 9.02, 9.15, number 1, 9 and 10, 9.20, number 2)

On the report of the Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development,
Considering the Constitution, in particular articles 52 to 55;
Vu le Decree No. 53-192 of 14 March 1953 amended on the ratification and publication of international commitments undertaken by France;
Vu le Decree No. 95-535 of 5 May 1995 of the Central Commission for the Navigation of the Rhine, adopted by resolution 1994-I-23 of 18 May 1994,

Protocol No. 16 of resolution 2012-II-16 of the Central Commission for the Navigation of the Rhine, adopted on 29 November 2012, prorogating the validity of the temporary requirements in accordance with Article 1.06 of the Rhine Vessel Inspection Regulations (articles 7.02, number 3, 8.02, number 5, 9.03, 9.15, number 1, 9 and 10, 9.20, number 2 [a] and [f], 24.02, figure 2),

The Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Development are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

  PROTOCOL No. 16
  DE LA RÉSOLUTION 2012-II-16 DE LA COMMISSION CENTRALE POUR LA NAVIGATION DU RHIN, ADOPTÉE LE 29 NOVEMBER 2012, PROROGEANT LA VALIDITE DES PRESCRIPTIONS DE CARACTÈRE TEMPORAIRE CONFORMÉ L'ARTICLE 1.06 DU RÈGLEMENT DE VISITE DES BATEAUX DU RHIN CH, CH.02,

  
  The Central Commission, in accordance with Article 1.06 of the Rhine Vessel Inspection Regulations, extends the following temporary requirements:
  (a) Article 7.02, Figure 3 - Timonerie, clear view
  (adopted by resolution 2000-III-20, extended by resolution 2009-II-19)
  (b) Article 8.02, Figure 5 - Security devices
  (adopted by resolution 2006-II-25, extended by resolution 2009-II-19)
  (c) Article 9.03 - Protection against the touch, penetration of solid bodies and water
  (adopted by resolution 2003-I-25, extended by resolution 2009-I-18)
  (d) Article 9.15, Figure 1 - Cables
  (adopted by resolution 2003-I-25, extended by resolution 2009-I-18)
  (e) Article 9.15, figures 9 and 10 - Cables
  (adopted by resolution 2006-II-25, extended by resolution 2009-II-19)
  (f) Article 9.20, number 2, letters a and f - Electronic installations
  (adopted by resolution 2003-I-25, extended by resolution 2009-I-18)
  (g) Article 24.02, number 2 - Transitional provision ad article 9.15, number 10
  (adopted by resolution 2006-II-25, extended by resolution 2009-II-19)
  The requirements of letters (c), (d) and (f) will be in force from 1 October 2012 to 30 September 2015.
  The requirements of letters (a), (b), (e), and (g) will be in force from 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2016.
