Notice: This decree draws the consequences of the statutory reform for midwives of the hospital public service for the award of the supervisory award. The staff concerned are entitled to this award in the same manner as previously.

On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women ' s Rights,
In light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 on statutory provisions relating to the public hospital service;
In light of amended Decree No. 92-4 of 2 January 1992 on the award of a supervisory allowance to certain hospital public officials;
In view of Decree No. 2014-1585 of 23 December 2014 on the special status of midwives in hospitals of the public hospital;
In view of Decree No. 2014-1586 of 23 December 2014 on the conditions of appointment and advancement in the functional positions of Maieutic Coordinator of certain establishments referred to in Article 2 of Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 on statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service,
Decrete:
Article 1 of the above-mentioned decree of 2 January 1992 is amended as follows:
1° The 3° is deleted;
2° The 5° is replaced by the following:
« 5° Hospitals of the second rank governed by Decree No. 2014-1585 of 23 December 2014 on the special status of midwives of hospitals of the public hospital performing the functions of leadership of training structures in maïeutics and coordinators in maïeutics governed by Decree No. 2014-1586 of 23 December 2014 on conditions of appointment and advancement in functional positions of coordinator in maïeutics of certain institutions » ;
3° The 7° is replaced by the following:
"7° Maeutic Coordinators, governed by Decree No. 2014-1586 of 23 December 2014 on the conditions of appointment and advancement in the functional positions of Maieutic Coordinator of certain establishments referred to in Article 2 of Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 on statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service, carrying out the functions of assistance of the head of a pole with obstity activity » ;
4° The 9° is replaced by the following:
« 9° Midwives of second grade hospitals governed by Decree No. 2014-1585 of 23 December 2014 on the special status of midwives in hospitals of the hospital public service performing coordination or teaching functions; "
Staff holding the ranks of senior midwife or midwife governed by Decree No. 89-611 of 1 September 1989, bearing the special status of midwives of the hospital public service prior to the entry into force of Decree No. 2014-1585 of 23 December 2014 referred to above retain the benefit, as a personal measure, and as long as they are of interest, of the amount of hospital allowance that was applicable to their staff
The Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights, the Minister of Decentralization and the Public Service and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
