On the report of the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women ' s Rights,
In light of the amended Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 on the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 on statutory provisions relating to the public hospital service;
In light of amended Decree No. 96-92 of 31 January 1996, amending certain provisions relating to the new indiciary bonus and assigning the new indiciary bonus to certain hospital public service personnel;
In view of Decree No. 2014-1585 of 23 December 2014 on the special status of midwives in hospitals of the public hospital;
In view of Decree No. 2014-1586 of 23 December 2014 on the conditions of appointment and advancement in the functional positions of Maieutic Coordinator of certain establishments referred to in Article 2 of Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 on statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service,
Decrete:
Article 2 of the aforementioned Decree of 31 January 1996 is amended as follows:
1° The 4th is replaced by the following:
« 4° Midwifery of the second-grade hospitals responsible for the leadership of the Maieutic training structures and the Maieutic coordinators responsible for the leadership of the Maieutic training structures: 30 points increased".
2° The 5th is repealed.
The Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Social Affairs, Health and Women's Rights, the Minister of Decentralization and the Public Service and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
