Order of December 4, 2014 fixing the amount of the payment to be made in respect of the surpluses of the fiscal year 2013 by the Mayotte Old Age Insurance Plan to the National Old Age Insurance Fund for Employees

See?Order No. 96-1122 of 20 December 1996 amended to improve public health, health insurance, maternity, disability and death, social security financing in Mayotte and the Mayotte Social Security Fund, including section 26;
See?Ordinance No. 2002-411 of 27 March 2002 on health and social protection in Mayotte;
See?Order No. 2005-56 of 26 January 2005 relating to the extension and adaptation of health and social security law in overseas departments, Mayotte and Wallis-et-Futuna;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Pension Insurance Fund for Employees dated 3 December 2014,

The amount of the payment to be made by the Mayotte Social Security Fund to the National Employee Old Age Insurance Fund for the excess income of the 2013 fiscal year of the plan provided for in the sections 5 to 23 of the above-mentioned order of 27 March 2002 stands at 60,939,458.75 euros.

Article 2


The Director of Social Security and the Director of the Budget are responsible, each with respect to him, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
