Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Vu le Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 amended by placing hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of civil and military personnel of the State under the general pension system;
Vu le Decree No. 68-270 of 19 March 1968 amended on the specific status of technical officials of the Mint and Medals;
Based on the advice of the single ministerial technical committee of the Ministry of Finance and Public Accounts and the Ministry of Economy, Production Recovery and Digital Affairs of 30 April 2014,

Indiciary scheduling applicable to the body of technical officials of the Mints and medals governed by the Decree of 19 March 1968 is fixed as follows:

The order of May 6, 1998 establishing the indiciary level applicable to the technical officials of the Mints and Medals governed by the above-mentioned decree of March 19, 1968 is repealed.
This Order comes into force on the first day of the month following its publication in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
The Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Economy, Industry and Digital Affairs, the Minister of Decentralization and Public Service and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
