Notice: this decree repeals the Decree No. 93-547 of 26 March 1993 bearing special status of supervisors of medical services outside the penitentiary administration and judicial protection of youth and amending the Decree No. 90-230 of 14 March 1990 relating to the special status of nurses in the external services of the prison administration and the judicial protection of youth. Indeed, this body no longer has any agents and is no longer intended to accommodate the nurses of the outside services of the prison administration and the judicial protection of the youth, as a result of their integration into the body of the category nurses A State administrations governed by the Decree No. 2012-762 of 9 May 2012 bringing statutory provisions common to class nurses State administration.

On the report of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice,
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Having regard to the advice of the departmental technical committee of the Ministry of Justice dated 25 November 2013;
The State Council (Section of Administration) heard,
Decrete:
The Decree No. 93-547 of 26 March 1993 revoking the special statute of the supervisors of the medical services of the external services of the prison administration and the judicial protection of youth and amending Decree No. 90-230 of 14 March 1990 on the special status of nurses of the external services of the prison administration and the judicial protection of youth is repealed.
The Minister of Justice, the Minister of Finance and Public Accounts and the Minister of Decentralization and the Public Service are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
