Vu le Decree No. 2010-1639 of 23 December 2010 bearing special status of prison advisors for insertion and probation, including Article 9;
In view of the decision of 10 November 2006 setting out the modalities for organizing the training of students and trainees advisors for the insertion and probation of the prison administration and obtaining the certificate of professional fitness;
Considering the advice of the Correctional Administration Technical Committee of 25 June 2014,

The above decision of 10 November 2006 is amended to read:
In sections 1 to 26, the words: "Insertion and Probation Advisor" are replaced by the words: "Insertion and Probation Correction Advisor".
Section 14 of the above-mentioned 10 November 2006 Order is replaced by the following provisions:
"The professional ability of students in prison advisors to be appointed trainees is valued at the end of the first year of schooling by a study validation jury chaired by the director of the prison administration or his representative.
The jury is composed as follows:
-the director of the prison administration or his representative;
- a representative of the human resources sub-direction of the prison administration;
- a representative of the sub-direction of persons placed under the control of the prison administration;
-the director of the National School of Prison Administration or his representative;
- an employee employed as functional director of the penitentiary services of insertion and probation;
- a member of the body of the directors of the prison services;
- a member of the prison director's body for insertion and probation of the prison administration;
-two members of the penitentiary staff of the prison administration with at least five years of experience;
-three qualified personalities with in-depth knowledge of the problems of persons placed in the hands of justice.
In addition, it may be used by qualified proofreaders and examiners, with an advisory voice.
The members of the jury, the correctors and qualified examiners are appointed, on the proposal of the director of the National School of Prison Administration, by order of the Seal Guard, Minister of Justice.
Section 21 of the above-mentioned 10 November 2006 Order is replaced by the following provisions:
"The professional fitness of prison advisors for internment and probation is appreciated by a jury of professional suitability at the end of the second year of schooling by a validation jury of studies chaired by the director of the prison administration or his representative.
The jury is composed as follows:
-the director of the prison administration or his representative;
- a representative of the human resources sub-direction of the prison administration;
- a representative of the sub-direction of persons placed under the control of the prison administration;
-the director of the National School of Prison Administration or his representative;
- an employee employed as functional director of the penitentiary services of insertion and probation;
- a member of the body of the directors of the prison services;
- a member of the prison director's body for insertion and probation of the prison administration;
-two members of the penitentiary staff of the prison administration with at least five years of experience;
-three qualified personalities with in-depth knowledge of the problems of persons placed in the hands of justice.
In addition, it may be used by qualified proofreaders and examiners, with an advisory voice.

Article 2 of the above-mentioned Order of November 10, 2006 reads as follows: "For this purpose, the titularization of internsertion and probation advisers is subject to obtaining a certificate of professional fitness referred to in Article 12 of the above-mentioned Decree of September 21, 1993. »
Article 22 of the same Order is deleted from the sentence: "and the issuance of the certificate of fitness for the functions of insertion and probation counsel referred to in Article 12 of the decree of September 21, 1993 referred to above."
This Order applies from the entry into training of the 19th Promotion of Penitentiary Inclusion and Probation Advisors.
The Director of Corrections is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
