Order of August 22, 2014 on the reduction of the mandate of staff representatives to certain representative bodies of Prime Minister's service staff

Prime Minister and Minister of Decentralization and Public Service,
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amended with the rights and obligations of public servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 24 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Vu le Decree No. 82-451 of 28 May 1982 amended on parity administrative commissions;
Vu le Decree No. 82-453 of 28 May 1982 amended on occupational health and safety and on medical prevention in the public service;
Vu le Decree No. 86-83 of 17 January 1986 amended to apply the general provisions applicable to non-State agents for the application of theArticle 7 of Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 bringing statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Vu le Decree No. 2011-184 of 15 February 2011 amended on technical committees in the state administrations and public institutions;
Having regard to the amended decision of 10 January 1975 establishing parity administrative commissions (General Secretariat of the Government);
Having regard to the amended decision of January 17, 1986 establishing relevant parity advisory boards with respect to non-public servants of the Prime Minister's services;
Having regard to the amended decision of 29 March 1988 establishing relevant parity advisory committees with respect to non-public officials of the General Secretariat of National Defence;
Having regard to the Order of 26 August 2011 establishing the technical committees for the services of the Prime Minister and administrative public institutions under the supervision of the Prime Minister;
In view of the decision of 6 September 2011 on the establishment of the National School of Administration Technical Committee for Public Establishment;
Having regard to the decision of 30 November 2011 on the establishment of the Health, Safety and Public Establishment Committee of the National School of Administration;
Having regard to the decision of February 10, 2012 on the establishment of the hygiene, security and ministerial working conditions of the Prime Minister's services;
In view of Decision No. 2011-1 of 22 September 2011 on the establishment of the Technical Committee of the Ombudsman of Rights;
In view of Decision No. 2011-3 of 22 September 2011 on the establishment of the Joint Advisory Committee of the Ombudsman of Rights;
Having regard to Decision No. 2012-20 of 1 February 2012 on the establishment of the Committee on Hygiene, Safety and Working Conditions of the Rights Ombudsman;
In light of the advice of the ministerial technical committee placed with the Prime Minister dated 8 July 2014,

The terms of reference of the Technical Committees, Hygiene, Safety and Working Committees, Joint Administrative Committees and Joint Advisory Committees referred to in the annex to this Order are terminated on 31 December 2014.
The mandate of the new staff representatives in these proceedings begins from the date of entry into force of the act appointing them and, by 2 February 2015.
