Are repealed:

-le Decree No. 2010-1608 of 21 December 2010 fixing the indiciary stepping of some teachers and education staff under the Ministry of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries, Rurality and Land Management;
-le Decree No. 2012-1140 of 9 October 2012 fixing the indiciary laddering of the bodies of research engineers, engineering engineers and engineering assistants under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
Are repealed:
-the decree of 24 July 1991 setting out the indiciary stepping for the assistants of education in general and agricultural technology schools and specialized agricultural schools of the same level;
-the order of 23 February 1993 establishing the indiciary stepping for teachers-researchers under the Minister for Agriculture;
-the decree of May 27, 1998 establishing the indiciary stepping for the jobs of Regional Director of Agriculture and Forestry, Departmental Director of Agriculture and Forestry and Director of Agriculture and Forestry;
-the order of 1 August 2000 fixing the indiciary stepping of the senior technicians of the department responsible for agriculture;
-the decree of 22 February 2002 establishing the indiciary stepping of veterinary public health inspectors;
-the decree of March 25, 2003 establishing the indiciary stepping for the employment of inspectors of agricultural education;
-the order of June 18, 2003 establishing the indiciary stepping of departmental directors of veterinary services and directors of veterinary services;
-the decree of 30 December 2003 setting out the indiciary stepping for management staff of public agricultural education and vocational training institutions;
-the decree of 28 July 2004 setting out the indiciary stepping up for the secretaries General of the agricultural and veterinary higher education institution;
-the decree of 27 January 2006 fixing the indiciary stepping of the body of the engineers of agriculture and the environment;
-the decree of 27 January 2006 setting out the indiciary staggering of the jobs of Chief of Mission of Agriculture and the Environment;
-the order of April 26, 2006 establishing the indiciary stepping for officials of the general inspection of agriculture.
The Minister of Finance and Public Accounts, the Minister of Decentralization and the Public Service, the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, spokesperson for the Government, and the Secretary of State responsible for the budget are responsible for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
