In view of the decision of 27 December 2007 on the empowerment of the training insurance fund for business managers registered in the register of trades under the Decree No. 2007-1268 of 24 August 2007 ;
In view of the agreement of 30 March 2012, concluded between the Central Agency for Social Security Organizations (ACOSS) and the Association for the Management of the Financing of the Training of Chiefs of Business (AGEFICE), the Inter-Professional Training Fund for Liberal Professional Professionals (FIF-PL) and the Training Insurance Fund for artisanal business leaders (FAFCEA), on the modalities of disbursement by the national public contribution of the share

As part of the participation of self-employed persons who opted for the plan under theArticle L. 133-6-8 of the Social Security Code subject to third paragraph of Article L. 6331-48 of the Labour Code, the Central Agency of Social Security Organizations will carry out training insurance funds and regional chambers of trades authorized under the provisions of the articles L. 6332-9 and L. 6332-10 of the Labour Code, the payment of a total amount of 11,653,433.80 euros, deducting from the amount of the management costs for the year 2013, was 2.5%, fixed by the order of 10 December 1996, or 298,806.000 euros. These amounts to be apportioned are determined according to the calculations shown in the tables below:

Of this total net amount to be allocated, the Central Agency of Social Security Agencies will pay:
– at the Inter-Professional Training Fund for Liberal Professionals (FIF-PL), 104 Miromesnil Street, 75384 Paris Cedex 08, a sum of 3 501,967.77 euros (three million five hundred one thousand nine hundred sixty-seven euros and seventy-seven cents);
– at the training insurance fund for artisanal business leaders (FAFCEA), 14, Chapon Street, CS 81234, 75139 Paris Cedex 03, a sum of 3,903,801.79 euros (three million nine hundred three thousand eight hundred one euros and sixty nineteen cents);
― at the association for the management of the financing of the individual formation of the heads of business (AGEFICE), 16, avenue de Friedland, 75008 Paris, a sum of 1,483,375.01 euros (one million four hundred and four twenty three thousand three hundred and seventy-five euros and one cent) ;
― at the regional chamber of trades and crafts of Aquitaine, 46, rue du Général-de-Larminat, CS 81423, 33073 Bordeaux Cedex, a sum of 186,188.34 euros (one thousand eighty-six thousand eighty-eight euros and thirty-four cents);
―at the Regional Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Auvergne, 17, rue Berthelot, CS 70149, 63407 Chamalières Cedex, a sum of 56,632.55 euros (fifty-six thousand six hundred thirty two euros and fifty-five cents);

― at the regional Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Champagne-Ardenne, 42, rue Titon, 51000 Châlons-en-Champagne, a sum of 47,269,90 euros (quarante-sept mille two hundred sixty-nine euros and ninety cents) ;
― in the Regional Chamber of Crafts and Crafts of Corsica, Chemin de la Sposata, placedit Bacciochi, 20090 Ajaccio, a sum of 37, 006,62 euros (seven thousand six euros and sixty-two cents);

– in the Chamber of Crafts and Crafts of Martinique, 2, rue du Temple-Morne-Tartenson, BP 1194, 97249 Fort-de-France, Martinique, an amount of 1,994.88 euros (height nine hundred and eighty-four euros and eighty-eight cents);
– in the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of La Réunion, 42, rue Jean-Cocteau, 97490 Sainte-Clotilde, a sum of 3,333.45 euros (three thousand three hundred thirty-three euros and forty-five cents).
