Order dated 16 May 2014 amending the method of imputation of the reduction of employer contributions provided for in Article L. 241-13 of the Social Security Code

Vu le Rural codeincluding articles L. 741-4 and L. 741-15;
Vu le Decree No. 2004-821 of 18 August 2004 implementing certain special social security schemes Title III of Act No. 2003-47 of 17 January 2003 relating to wages, working time and employment development;
In view of the decision of 22 December 2010 setting out the method of imputation of the reduction of employers' contributions to theArticle L. 241-13 of the Social Security Code on contributions entering its field;
Considering the advice of the Board of Directors of the Central Agency for Social Security Organizations dated 28 February 2014;
Considering the opinion of the Central Council of the Agricultural Social Mutuality of 12 March 2014;
Considering the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Family Allowance Fund dated 4 March 2014;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Health Insurance Fund for Employees dated 18 February 2014;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Fund of Employee Old Age Insurance dated 5 March 2014,
