Judgment of January 10, 2014 homologating technical regulations for the examination of the varieties of forage beet and industrial chicory for registration in the Official Catalogue of Species and Plant Varieties in France

Vu le Rural Code and Maritime Fishingincluding articles D. 661-1 to D. 661-11;
Vu le Decree No. 81-605 of 18 May 1981 amended for the application of the law of 1 August 1905 on the suppression of fraud, with regard to the trade of seed and seed;
On the proposal of the Standing Technical Committee for the Selection of Plants, "Beets and Industrial Chicory" section,
Stop it!

Article 1


The technical regulations for the examination of the varieties of forage beet and industrial chicory are approved for inclusion in the Official Catalogue of Species and Varieties of Plants, annexed to this Order (1).
These technical regulations will be published in the Official Bulletin of the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry.

Article 2


Orders of June 29, 2007 that approve the technical regulations for the examination of the varieties of forage beet and industrial chicory for registration in the Official Catalogue of Species and Varieties of Plants are repealed.

Article 3


The Chief Food Officer is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
