The reserved professionalized examination of recruitment in the body of the Clerks of Judicial Services, provided for by the decree of 3 May 2012 referred to above, has an oral admission test.
The oral admission test, for a duration of twenty-five minutes, of which ten minutes at the most, consists of an interview with a jury to assess the candidate's personality, abilities, including coaching, as well as his motivation and acknowledge the achievements of his professional experience. The jury has the file constituted by the candidate for recognition of the acquired professional experience.
For the oral examination, the candidates give to the organizer service, on the date fixed by the opening order, a record of recognition of the achievements of the professional experience with the entries mentioned in the annex to this order.
To conduct this interview, which has as its starting point a presentation from the candidate of his or her professional experience of up to 10 minutes, the jury has the file constituted by the candidate for recognition of the achievements of the professional experience. During this interview, the candidate may be questioned on matters related to his/her professional environment, general administrative knowledge or specific to the administration or jurisdiction or the regional administrative service in which he/she exercises.
The file is not noted. Only the interview with the jury gives rise to the rating.
The organizing service provides candidates upon registration with a standard file for the record of recognition of the achievements of the professional experience as well as all the useful information for the constitution of this file.
The record of recognition of the achievements of the professional experience and its methodological guide are available on the website of the Ministry of Justice.
It is awarded to the oral admission test a rating from 0 to 20.
The jury lists the candidates admitted in order of merit.
The jury includes a magistrate, president, and two category A officials, including at least one chief clerk. In the event of the President's incapacity, the oldest Chief Clerk in the highest rank assumes the presidency.
The Director of Judicial Services is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
