Key Benefits:
Public officials concerned: staff members from the hospital public service director and staff on a functional job as care director.
Purpose: Indiciary classification of the two grades of the body of care director and the two functional job groups of care director.
Entry into force: the text comes into force on the day after its publication.
Notice: This decree sets out the indiciary classification of the two grades of the body of the care directors, which begins at the Gross Index 580 in the normal class, and reaches the Gross Index 1015 in off-class; Effective July 1, 2015, it will begin at the Gross Index 610 and will reach the Gross Index 1015.
The classification in the first functional job group of care director begins at the gross 985 index and culminates in the B outscale. In the second group, it begins at the crude index 857 and culminates in the A-outscale.

Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 amended with statutory provisions for the hospital public service;
Vu le Decree No. 2002-550 of 19 April 2002 amended to include a special status of the body of director of hospital care;
Vu le Decree No. 2014-8 of 7 January 2014 relating to the conditions of appointment and advancement in the functional jobs of director of care of certain institutions referred to inArticle 2 of Act No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 with statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service,
Decrete:
The indiciary classification applicable to the body of care director is as follows:
1° From the Effective Date of decree of 7 January 2014 referred to above :
- off-class: gross indices: 689-1015;
- normal class: raw indices: 580-843.
2° Effective July 1, 2015:
- off-class: gross indices: 700-1015;
- normal class: raw indices: 610-901.
I. ― The indiciary classification applicable to functional jobs listed in Group I, referred to inarticle 1 of the decree of 7 January 2014 referred to above, is fixed as follows:
– Gross index: 985, off-scale B.
II. ∙ The indiciary classification applicable to the functional jobs listed in Group II, referred to in Article 1 of the same decree, is fixed as follows:
– Gross index: 857, off-scale A.
Decree No. 2002-551 of 19 April 2002 on the indiciary classification applicable to directors of the hospital public service is repealed.
The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the budget, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
