By order of the Minister of Social Affairs and Health of 27 December 2013, the opening of a professionalized examination of the Administrative Assistant of the First Class of State Administrations is authorized under the year 2013.
The number of posts to be filled will be set at a later stage.
Registration is scheduled for Wednesday, January 8, 2014.
The closing of the registrations is scheduled for Wednesday, January 22, 2014, at midnight, a term of rigor.
Requests for admission to participate are made via telematics on the website or intranet of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health at the following address: https://inscription.sante.gouv.fr/inscription/inscription.do.
In the event that it is impossible to register via telematics, candidates may register by mail. The registration form can be obtained:
― by downloading on the website or intranet of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health at the following address: http://www.sante.gouv.fr/modalites-d-inscription.html ;
―on request only from the Recruitment Office (HR/SD1C), located 10, Place des Cinq-Martyrs-du-Lycée-Buffon, 75015 Paris (pôle accueil ― concours, du lundi au vendredi, de 9 h 30 à 12 heures et de 14 heures à 17 heures, téléphone : 01-40-56-60-00) ;
― by email, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, to the following e-mail address: drh-concours@sg.social.gouv.fr.

Any incomplete or post-outtime registration form may not be considered.
Candidates will have to send their record of recognition of the acquired professional experience in five copies before January 22, 2014, at midnight, the deadline for strictness, the stamp of the position being authentic.
The five copies must be forwarded by mail to the following address: Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, HR/SD1C, Recruitment Office, "Professionalized Assistant Administrative Review 2013", 14, avenue Duquesne, 75350 Paris 07 SP.
Records for recognition of acquired professional experience must be prepared in accordance with the downloadable model on the website or intranet of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health at the following address: http://www.sante.gouv.fr/modalites-d-inscription.html.
The failure to comply with the formalities and deadlines for the delivery of the professional experience recognition file is eliminated.
Oral events will take place in Paris from 3 February 2014.
The composition of the jury will be fixed later.
