Entry into force: the text comes into force on the day after its publication. It applies to pensions paid for the year 2014.
Notice: in order to reduce the cash expenses of the French National Railway Company's pension plan and pension fund, the pensions due for each calendar quarter of 2014 will be paid in two close-up payments, according to the schedule provided by this Order.

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Social Affairs and Health and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, Budget Officer,
Vu le Decree No. 2008-639 of 30 June 2008 amended on the special pension plan for staff of the Société nationale des chemins de fer français;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the French National Railway Company staff pension and pension plan on 10 December 2013,
Decrete:
Pensions and pension increases referred to in first paragraph of Article 24 of the Decree of 30 June 2008 referred to above for the calendar quarters of 2014 are payable according to the following schedule:
1° For the first quarter, at a third of the amount, January 2, 2014 and, at the remaining two-thirds, January 8, 2014;
2° For the second quarter, at one third of the amount, April 1, 2014 and, at the remaining two thirds, April 8, 2014;
3° For the third quarter, at one third of the amount, July 1, 2014 and, at the remaining two thirds, July 8, 2014;
4° For the fourth quarter, at one-third of the amount, October 1, 2014 and, at the remaining two-thirds, October 7, 2014.
The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Social Affairs and Health and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, responsible for the budget, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
