Considering Decree No. 2004 - 1105 October 19, 2004 on the opening of the recruitment procedures in the public service of State;
Mindful of Decree No. 2006-441 dated April 14, 2006, amended by Decree No. 2010-1709 December 30, 2010, special status of the body of the prison supervisory staff;
Considering Decree No. 2012-631 3 may 2012 concerning the conditions for the eligibility of candidates for reserved recruitment for access to the body of servants in categories A, B and C and laying down the terms of organization of such recruitment in accordance with Act No. 2012-347 of March 12, 2012 the access holder employment and the improvement of the conditions of employment of contract staff in the public service to combating discrimination and amending various provisions relating to public service;
Having regard to Decree No. 2013 - 908 October 10, 2013 relative to the terms of appointment of the members of the boards and committees of selection for the recruitment and promotion of civil servants within the public service of the State, the territorial public service and the public hospital service;
Considering Decree No. 2013-966 28 October 2013 opening of the reserved recruitments for access to the body of servants in categories A, B and C of the Ministry of justice;

For the unique oral test for admission, the candidate establishes a record of recognition of her professional experience to the office of recruitment, on a date fixed in order of opening of the booked professional review.
The record of recognition of professional experience, as well as the guide to filling are available on the website of the Ministry of justice, in accordance with the attached schedule.

The reserved professionalized examination of supervisors includes a unique oral examination for admission consisting of an interview with the jury for a total of twenty minutes including 5 minutes of presentation.
This talk aims to appreciate the personality, the abilities of the candidate as well as his motivation and recognize the achievements of his professional experience. To conduct this interview which takes as its point of departure a presentation by the candidate on his career, the jury has record by the candidate for the recognition of professional experience acquired.
This presentation is followed by a discussion with the Board, to assess the professional skills and knowledge of the candidate on the missions and the Organization of its service.
During this interview, the candidate is, where appropriate, interviewed on questions relating to the penitentiary institution as well as its professional environment.
Only the interview with the jury gives rise to rating. The record of recognition of professional experience is not noted.

At the end of the single oral test for admission, Board lists, in order of merit, of the candidates declared fit. Where appropriate, a supplementary admission list is established.
No person shall be declared fit if it gets a grade higher or equal to 10 on 20.

The jury, composed of three members including at least an official of category A, is appointed by Decree of the keeper of the seals, Minister of justice. Its members are: ― the Director of prison administration or his representative, president;
― two officials of category A or B belonging to the Directorate of the penitentiary administration.

Guard seals, Minister of justice, and Minister of reform of the State, decentralization and public service are responsible, each in relation to the execution of this order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
Annex A N N E X E CONSTITUTION of folder of recognition of achievements of EXPERIENCE Professional (RAEP) (*) the model of recognition of professional experience record was set by circular B10 No. 2135 of 30 March 2007 on the implementation of the system of recognition of professional experience.
