In view of the reasoned opinion The National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), delivered at the meeting on 25 October 2013,
Stop:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the national collective agreement of companies Trade, rental and repair of agricultural tractors, machinery and equipment, public works, building and handling equipment, pleasure craft, gardens and green spaces of 30 October 1969, the Provisions of the Agreement of 6 June 2013 on the collection and financing of vocational training, concluded within the framework of the aforementioned national collective agreement.
Effects Extension and Sanctions of the aforementioned agreement shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the remaining duration and the conditions laid down by the said Agreement.
The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and the Director of Financial, Social and Logistical Affairs Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry are responsible, each with the Concerns, from the execution of this Order, to be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
