Having regard to the advice of the departmental technical committee of the Ministry of Justice dated 29 April 2013;
The State Council (Section of Administration) heard,
Decrete:
The Schedule to this Order sets out the list of bodies and grades under the Ministry of Justice accessible by means of reserved recruitment, organized in accordance with the provisions of Chapter I of the above-mentioned Act of 12 March 2012, as well as for each of these bodies and grades, the method of recruitment.
The bodies and grades mentioned in the appendix to this Order are accessible, under the conditions provided for in the articles 2 and 3 of the decree of 3 May 2012 referred to above and to this annex, to contract agents of services under the Ministry of Justice, one of its administrative public institutions and the Grand Chancellery of the Legion of Honour, who meet the conditions set out to the Articles 2 and 4 of the Act of 12 March 2012 referred to above.
I. ― provisions of the second paragraph of Article 11 of the Decree of 27 March 1992 referred to above are applicable to employees who are deemed to be capable of accessing the body of youth judicial protection educators who perform a one-year internship.
II. without prejudice to the provisions of the last paragraph of this article, provisions of Article 40 of the Decree of 2 August 1999 referred to above are applicable to employees who are declared capable of accessing the body of the technical assistants of the prison administration.
III. ― Declared officers capable of accessing the rank of supervisor of the supervision and enforcement personnel of the prison administration shall, under their initial training, undertake a one-year training course and shall be appointed under the conditions provided for in the prison administration.article 9 of the decree of 14 April 2006 referred to above. They are subject to the obligation provided for in Article 6 of the same decree.
IV. ― Declared officers who are capable of accessing the body of correctional advisors to insert and probation perform a one-year internship and are appointed under the conditions provided for inArticle 8 of Decree No. 2010-1639 of 23 December 2010. They are subject to the obligation provided for in Article 10 of the same decree.
V. ― Declared officers who are able to access the body of the Clerks of Judicial Services complete a one-year internship and are appointed under the conditions provided for inarticle 9 of the decree of 30 May 2003 referred to above. They are subject to the obligation provided for in Article 10 of the same decree.
VI. ∙ The organization and content of the trainings of officials who are deemed to be able to access the bodies referred to in I, II, III, IV and V shall be determined by joint decree of the Minister of Justice and the Minister responsible for the Public Service.
The Minister of Justice, the Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the budget, are responsible, each with regard to the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
