On the Report of the Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs,
Given the Constitution, in particular Article 13;
The Council of Ministers heard,

Item 1


Mr. Philippe Lalliot, Senior Foreign Affairs Advisor, in Headquarters, is appointed Ambassador, Permanent Delegate of France to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, replacing Mr Daniel Rondeau.

Article 2


Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign affairs are responsible, as far as they are concerned, for the application of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
