Key Benefits:
By order of the Minister of the Interior dated September 30, 2013, the opening of a professional examination for the preparation of the advance table to the rank of senior technician of the information and communication systems of the Ministry of the Interior is authorized for the year 2014.
This professional examination is open to the standard-class technicians of the Department of Interior information and communication systems justifying at least one year in the 4th step of their grade and at least three years of actual service in a body, job frame or class B or level.
These conditions are estimated by December 31, 2014.
The number of professional examination positions will be determined later by a ministerial order.
The application for admission to compete is made to the candidate's choice via telematics or by mail.
1. Telematic registration
It must be carried out on the website of the Ministry of Interior: www.interieur.gouv.fr under the heading "Our trades, administration, SIC sector, competition calendar and registration".
The closing date of the telematic registrations is set at 12 p.m. (Paris time) on Thursday, 31 October 2013.
In order for the candidate to be considered as valid, the candidate must:
- to validate its registration on the telematic service within the time limit;
― send the necessary supporting documentation to the selected examination centre.
The deadline for sending supporting documents is Monday, November 4, 2013, the term of rigor, the stamp of the position being held.
2. Postal registration
2.1. Withdrawal of registration form
The withdrawal of the registration form is made to the candidate's choice by download or by mail or on-site.
2.1.1. Download
On the website www.interieur.gouv.fr, under the heading "Our trades, administration, SIC sector, competition calendar and registration". The deadline for withdrawal of registration forms by download is Monday, 4 November 2013, at 4 p.m. (Paris time).
2.1.2. By mail or on-site
By attaching an envelope (A4 format) to the applicable rate per 100 g (recorded to the candidate's name and address) or by withdrawal on site:
- for the metropolis (province): at the offices of recruitment of the general secretariats or regional delegations for the administration of the police (see annex);
―for the overseas: from the human resources offices of the prefectures or high commissioners (see annex);
– for Ile-de-France and for all: at the Ministry of Interior, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP (pôle concours, à l'attention de Mme Nicole Gallic), 27, cours des Petites-Ecuries, 77185 Lognes.
The deadline for withdrawal of the on-site registration form is Monday, November 4, 2013, at 4 p.m. (Paris time).
The deadline for the withdrawal of mailing registration forms is Monday, October 28, 2013, the stamp of the post being held.
2.2. Procedures for transmitting registration files by mail
The candidate will have to send his registration file to the selected examination centre. This registration file will necessarily include:
― the completed, dated and signed registration form;
– any supporting documentation required.
The closing date of the posting is set at Monday, November 4, 2013, the term of rigor, the stamp of the post being held.
Any incomplete or misreported file will be rejected.
The expected date of the written test is Thursday, February 13, 2014. This event will take place in the examination centers of Ile-de-France, the North, the Rhone, Bouches-du-Rhône, Moselle, Haute-Garonne, Indre-et-Loire.
To the extent that at least one application would be registered, examination centres will be opened in the following overseas departments and communities: Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, French Polynesia, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Nouvelle-Calédonie.
The composition of the jury and the list of candidates authorized to compete will be subject to subsequent decisions by the Minister of the Interior.
The Secretary General is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
