In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for the Collective Bargaining of Merchant marine,
Stop:
Are made mandatory for all employers and employees included in the scope of the national collective labour agreement of 19 October 2000 concerning shellfish farming, the provisions of the amendment No 18 of 10 July 2012 to the Convention, subject to the application of the Href=" /viewCodeArticle.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006072050&idArticle=LEGIARTI000006901747&dateTexte= &categorieLink = cid"> provisions of article L. 2241-9 of the Labour Code which provide that the annual wage negotiation is also aimed at Defining and programming measures to eliminate gender pay gaps and legislative provisions; and Regulations relating to minimum wage growth.
