Order of 22 July 2013 extending d 'an endorsement and d ' an agreement entered into under the national collective agreement of training organizations (n ° 1516)

The Minister of Labour, Employment, Training Professional and social dialogue,
Seen job code, including its article L. 2261-15;
In view of the order of 16 March 1989 and the successive orders extending the collective agreement The national training bodies of 10 June 1988 and the texts which have completed or amended it;
Having regard to the amendment of 27 March 2012 concerning the amendment of Article 18 to the aforementioned collective agreement;
In view of the agreement of 27 March 2012 Relating to the recodification of the collective agreement entered into in the framework The above collective agreement;
Given the request for extension submitted by the signatory organizations;
In view of the notice published in the Official Journal of 4 August 2012;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), delivered at the July 2, 2013 meeting,
Stop:

Item 1 provisions of article L. 2261-20 of the labor code ;
-the agreement of March 27, 2012 relating to the recodification of the Collective agreement entered into under the collective agreement referred to above.
Article 5 is extended, subject to compliance with the provisions of Articles L. 3121-4 and L. 3152-2 of the Labour Code.
Paragraph 7 of the second Article 8 is extended, subject to compliance with the provisions of Articles L. 3142-82, L. 3142-83, L. 3142-87 to L. 3142-90, L. 3142-98 and L. 3142-99 of the Labour Code

Article 2

The extension of the effects and sanctions of the rider and the agreement Shall take effect from the date of publication of the This Order for the remaining time to be run and the terms and conditions of that amendment and agreement.

Article 3

The Director General of the Work is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
