Judgment of June 7, 2013 authorizing for the year 2013 the opening of a reserved competition for access to the body of popular education and youth advisors NOR: SPOR1314516A ELI: https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/eli/arrete/2013/6/7/SPOR1314516A/jo/texte
By order of the Minister of Sport, Youth, Popular Education and Associative Life of 7 June 2013, is authorized under the year 2013 to open a competition reserved for access to the body of the People's and Youth Education Advisors.
The written eligibility test will take place on Wednesday, September 11, 2013.
Places of completion of the written test and the oral test will be fixed later.
Requests for testing should be made prior to registrations closed.
The number of positions offered will be determined later.
Registration is scheduled for Monday, 17 June 2013.
Closing of registrations and the deadline for filing applications is Monday, July 15, 2013, at midnight, rigour.
Requests for admission to participate are made via telematics on the website or intranet of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health at the following address: https://inscription.sante.gouv.fr/inscription/inscription.do.

In the event that it is impossible to register via telematics, candidates may register by mail. The registration form can be obtained:
― by downloading on the website or intranet of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health at the following address: http://www.sante.gouv.fr/modalites-d-inscription.html;
―on request only from the Recruitment Office (DRH3B), located 10, Place des Cinq-Martyrs-du-Lycée-Buffon, 75015 Paris (reception, competition, Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.; telephone: 01-40-56-60-00);
― by email to the following e-mail address: drh-concours@sante.gouv.fr.
Postal registration records must be forwarded to the address below, no later than Monday, July 15, 2013, at midnight, with the following:

Any file that is incomplete or posted out of time will not be considered.
The deadline for the submission of recognition records for the required professional experience of eligible candidates is October 21, 2013, at midnight, the stamp of the position being shown.
Records for recognition of the acquired professional experience, established in five copies, must be forwarded by mail to the address below:

Records for recognition of professional experience must be prepared in accordance with the downloadable model on the website or intranet of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health at the following address: http://www.sante.gouv.fr/modalites-d-inscription.html.
The composition of the jury will be fixed later.
