Decree of 24 April 2013 extending d ' regional agreements (Limousin) concluded in the framework of the national collective agreements of the workers employed by the undertakings of the building (undertakings occupying the Up to#039employees and more than 10 employees) (n ° s 1596 and 1597)

The Minister of Labour, Employment, Professional Training and Social dialogue and the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food, and Forest,
Given the Labour Code, including article L. 2261-15;
Vu The order of 12 February 1991 and the successive orders extending the national collective agreement of 8 October 1990 concerning the workers employed by the undertakings in the building, subject to the amended decree of 1 March 1962 (i.e. Occupying up to ten employees), and texts which have completed it or Amended;
Having regard to the order of 8 February 1991 and the successive orders extending the national collective agreement of 8 October 1990 concerning workers employed by undertakings in the building not covered by the decree of 1 March 1962 Amended (i.e. occupying more than ten employees) and texts that have completed or amended it;
In view of the regional agreement (Limousin) of 6 December 2012 on minimum wages, concluded under the aforementioned collective agreements;
Vu The Regional Agreement (Limousin) of 6 December 2012 on premiums In the context of the collective agreements referred to above;
In view of the regional agreement (Limousin) of 6 December 2012 on allowances for small movements, concluded within the framework of the conventions
to the request for extension by the signatory organisations;
In view of the opinion published in the Official Journal of 14 February 2013;
In view of the opinions gathered during the investigation;
In view of the reasoned opinion of the Commission Collective bargaining (Sub-Committee on Conventions and Agreements), collected according to the procedure referred to inSection R. 2261-5 of the Labour Code,
Stop:

Item 1 Article 2

The extension of the effects and sanctions of the aforementioned agreements shall take effect from the date of publication of this Order for the period remaining to be run and the conditions laid down by those Agreements.

Article 3

The Director General of Labour at the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Vocational Training and Social Dialogue and The Director of Financial, Social and Logistics Affairs in the Department of Agriculture, agri-food and forestry are each responsible for the execution of this Decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
