Notice: This Order Resumes the indiciary level of teachers and hospital staff in hospital and university centres, in accordance with the Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of State staff under the general pension system, as amended by the Decree No. 2008-385 of 23 April 2008 relating to the indiciary scheduling of the bodies and jobs of the civil and military personnel of the State, which has provided that the indiciary scheduling applicable to the bodies and jobs of the civil and military personnel of the State under the Civil and Military Pension Code is now fixed by decree issued on the proposal of the minister concerned and ministers responsible for the budget and the public service.

Considering the advice of the Departmental Joint Technical Committee on Higher Education and Research dated September 21, 2011,
Decrete:
The indiciary scheduling applicable to the body of professors at universities and hospital practitioners, to the body of professors at universities-patients in pharmaceutical disciplines and to the body of professors at universities-patient clinics in dental care, teaching and research centres is fixed as follows:
