Decrete:
Resolution CDNI 2011-I-6 of 7 June 2011 concerning corrections to the text of the French version of the Convention relating to the collection, filing and receipt of wastes in Rhine and Inland Navigation, signed in Strasbourg on 9 September 1996 (a consolidated annex), will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
The Prime Minister and the Minister for Foreign Affairs are responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

Rectifications of the text
of the French version of the Convention
The Conference of the Contracting Parties,
Recalling that France, by its letter of 9 December 2010, drew the attention of the depositary to a defect of concordance between the French version and the German and Dutch versions of the Convention relating to the collection, deposit and receipt of wastes occurring in Rhine and Inland Navigation (CDNI) and proposed that these linguistic defects be corrected in the Convention in the French language,
Recalling that all Contracting Parties were informed of this proposal, and that the depositary transmitted a letter in this regard to the Contracting Parties on 20 May 2011,
Acknowledges that the list of corrections to be foreseen has been agreed by the depositary with the delegations of the Contracting Parties (Annex),
Notes that all Contracting Parties hereby confirm their full agreement on these editorial corrections of the Convention in the French language,
Invites the depositary to transmit to the Contracting Parties a certified true copy of the Convention in French, taking into account such corrections.
