Decree No. 2013-236 of 21 March 2013 revising the income of solidarity in overseas departments, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon

Publics concerned: beneficiaries of solidarity income over 55 years of age residing in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
Purpose: Annual review of the lump-sum amount of solidarity income.
Effective Date: Revalorization is effective January 1, 2013 and applies as of January 2013 allowances.
Notice: The annual rate of revalorization of the solidarity income is identical to the rate for the annual revalorization of the specific solidarity allowance. The monthly amount of solidarity income is increased from Euro492.03 to Euro500.64.

Considering the referral of the Regional Council of La Réunion dated 14 January 2013;
Considering the referral of the General Council of La Réunion dated 14 January 2013;
Considering the referral of the Regional Council of Guadeloupe dated 28 January 2013;
Considering the referral of the General Council of Guadeloupe dated 28 January 2013;
Considering the referral of the territorial council of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon dated 11 January 2013;
Considering the referral of the territorial council of Saint-Barthélemy dated 14 January 2013;
Considering the referral of the territorial council of Saint-Martin dated 15 January 2013;
Having regard to the advice of the Board of Directors of the National Family Allowance Fund dated 8 January 2013;
Based on the advice of the Local Finance Committee (the Standards Assessment Advisory Board) dated February 7, 2013,

The monthly amount of solidarity income in overseas departments, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon is increased to 500.64 euros as of January 1, 2013.

The Minister of Social Affairs and Health, the Minister of Overseas and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Social Affairs and Health, responsible for persons with disabilities and the fight against exclusion, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
