By order of the Minister of the Interior and the Director General of the French Refugee and Stateless Office dated 30 January 2013, is authorized under the year 2013 to open external and internal competitions for the recruitment in the rank of the normal class of administrative secretaries of the interior and overseas and of secretaries of protection of refugees and stateless persons for the localized services in the Ile-de-France region (France)
The number of positions offered to the external and internal competitions will be determined later by order.
The application for admission to compete is made, at the choice of the candidate, via telematic or postal channels.
1. Telematic registration
Telematic registration must be made on the website of the Ministry of Interior: www.interieur.gouv.fr, under the heading "Our trades, administration, administrative sector, competition calendar and registrations".
The closing date of the telematic registrations is set at 6 p.m. (Paris time), Friday, 1 March 2013.
In order for the candidate to be considered as valid, the candidate must:
- to validate its registration on the telematic service within the time limit;

The deadline for sending supporting documents is Monday, March 4, 2013, a term of rigor (the stamp of the position being held).
2. Postal registration
2.1. Withdrawal of registration form
The withdrawal of the registration form is made, at the choice of the candidate, by download, by mail or by withdrawal on site.
2.1.1. Download
On the website of the Ministry of Interior: www.interieur.gouv.fr, under the heading "Our trades, administration, administrative sector, calendar of contests and registrations".
The deadline for withdrawal of the registration form by download is Monday, March 4, 2013, at 6 p.m. (Paris time), term of rigor.
2.1.2. By mail or withdrawal on site
By mail, attaching an envelope (format A 4) to the current tariff for a letter of up to 100 g (recorded to the candidate's name and address), addressed to the Ministry of Interior, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP (competition sheet), 27, les Petites-Ecuries courses, 77185 Lognes.
On-site withdrawal to the Ministry of the Interior, to the above address, or to the French Refugee and Stateless Protection Office, 201, Carnot Street, 94136 Fontenay-sous-Bois Cedex.
The deadline for the withdrawal of the posting form is Monday, February 25, 2013, a term of rigor (the stamp of the post being held).
The deadline for withdrawal of the on-site registration form is Monday, March 4, 2013, at 4 p.m. (Paris time), term of rigor.
2.2. Procedures for transmitting registration files by mail
The candidate must submit his registration file to the Ministry of the Interior, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP (pôle concours), 27, cours des Petites-Ecuries, 77185 Lognes, to the attention of Ms. Nicole GALLIC (telephone: 01-60-37-12-48; nicole.gallic@interieur.gouv.fr) for the external contest and to the attention of Ms.
For his application to be considered as valid, his registration file will necessarily include:
― the registration form for the contest (external or internal) duly completed, dated and signed;
- any supporting documentation required;
― a self-adhesive envelope (standard format) that is available at the current rate for a letter up to 20 g and labeled on the candidate's name and address.
The closing date of the posting is set at Monday, March 4, 2013, a term of rigor (the stamp of the post being held).
Any incomplete or misreported file will be rejected.
The date of the written examinations for the external and internal competitions is Thursday, April 4, 2013.
These tests will take place in Lognes (Seine-et-Marne) for candidates who benefit from a test setup and in Villepinte (Seine-Saint-Denis) for the other candidates.
The oral examination of the external and internal competitions will take place in Lognes (Seine-et-Marne) between 4 and 21 June 2013 (forecast dates).

an individual fact sheet (in three copies);

For the oral admission test, candidates declared eligible for the internal examination by the jury send, by post only, to the Ministry of the Interior, SG/DRH/SDRF/BRPP (pôle concours), to the attention of Mme Valérie GALLIGANO, 27, Cours des Petites-Ecuries, 77185 Lognes:
– the record of recognition of the achievements of their full professional experience (RAEP) (in three copies);
― a self-adhesive envelope (standard format) that is available at the current rate for a letter up to 20 g and labeled on the candidate's name and address.
The deadline for sending the individual information sheet (external competition) and the RAEP file (internal competition) is Monday, May 27, 2013, a term of rigor (the cachet of the position being held).
The individual RAEP fact sheet template and the filling guide will be available as of Monday, April 8, 2013, on the website of the Ministry of Interior: www.interieur.gouv.fr, under the heading "Our trades, administration, administrative sector, competition calendar and registrations".
Candidates declared eligible by the jury will receive, with their convocation to the oral test, a greeting sheet on which they must, in order of preference, specify the services in which they wish to be appointed.
This greeting card will be delivered to the contest manager, responsible for organizing the oral test, on the day of the convocation.
The wish of each candidate will be appreciated according to their ranking in the competition.
