In view of the amended decision of 15 December 2008 setting out the list of establishments referred to in 2° to 6° of Article 2 of Law No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 bringing statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service, which are headed by a director of the health, social and psychosocial institutions of the normal-class hospital public service,

Section 1 of the amended 15 December 2008 order setting out the list of establishments referred to in 2° to 6° of Article 2 of Law No. 86-33 of 9 January 1986 with statutory provisions relating to the hospital public service, which are headed by a director of the health, social and psychosocial institutions of the normal-class hospital public service, the following amendments shall be made:
I. ― The following establishments are removed from the list:
Accommodation for dependent elderly people in Henrichemont (Cher) ;
Accommodation for dependent elderly people in Rieumes (Haute-Garonne);
Retirement house in Maromme (Seine-Maritime);
Retirement house in Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes (Vaucluse);
Accommodation for dependent elderly people in Val-d'Ajol (Vosges);
Retirement house, in Coulanges-sur-Yonne, and accommodation for dependent elderly people, in Courson-les-Carrières (Yonne), common management.
II. ― The following establishment is added to the list:
Accommodation house in Maromme (Seine-Maritime).
The Director General of Care Supply at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health is responsible for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
