The National Assembly and the Senate adopted,
The President of the Republic enacts the following legislation:

Single article.

The approval of the cooperation agreement between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of the exploration and use of outer space for peaceful purposes (as a whole annex), signed at Astana on 6 October 2009, and the text of which is annexed to this Act (2).
This law will be enforced as a law of the State.
