Purpose: fixing the indiciary scheduling for territorial nurses.
Entry into force: the text comes into force on January 1, 2013.
Notice: as a result of the reform of the employment framework of the territorial nurses and to allow nurses in the active category who do not opt for integration in the context of class employment To territorial nurses in general care benefit from a Category B career, this Order sets out a new indiciary stepping for the employment of territorial nurses.

The Prime Minister,
On the report of the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service,
Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-53 of 26 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the territorial public service;
Vu le Decree No. 85-730 of 17 July 1985 relating to the remuneration of State officials and officials of the territorial authorities governed respectively by the Acts No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 and No. 84-53 of 26 January 1984 ;
Vu le Decree No. 85-1148 of 24 October 1985 amended on the remuneration of civil and military personnel of the State and territorial authorities;
Vu le Decree No. 92-861 of 28 August 1992 amended with a specific status of the employment framework of the territorial nurses;
Having regard to the opinion of the Superior Council of the Territorial Public Service dated 19 April 2012;
Based on the opinion of the Standards Advisory Board dated 7 June 2012,
Decrete:
The indiciary scheduling for the employment framework of the territorial nurses is set as follows:

Decree No. 92-862 of 28 August 1992 on indiciary staggering for territorial nurses is repealed.
This Order comes into force on the first day of the month following its publication.
The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of the Interior, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, responsible for the budget, are responsible, each with regard to it, for the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
