Notice: This decree translates, in unofficial terms, the revalorization of the career of the body of the engineer assistants operated by the Decree No. 2012-1139 of 9 October 2012 amending Decree No. 95-370 of 6 April 1995 establishing the statutory provisions applicable to engineers and technical training and research personnel of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries. The sommital index of the body of engineering assistants is increased from the crude index 660 to the gross index 730. In order to consolidate in a single text the indiciary scale of the bodies governed by the decree of 6 April 1995 mentioned above, this decree also sets out the indiciary level applicable to the body of research engineers and engineering engineers.

Vu le Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 amended by placing hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of civil and military personnel of the State under the general pension system;
Vu le Decree No. 95-370 of 6 April 1995 Amending the statutory provisions applicable to engineers and technical training and research personnel of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries;
Considering the advice of the Departmental Technical Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry of 18 July 2012,

Indiciary scheduling for the bodies of research engineers, engineering engineers and engineering assistants governed by the decree of 6 April 1995 referred to above is fixed as follows:

In theannex to the above-mentioned decree of 10 July 1948, in the V section of Agriculture entitled "Schools", the "O. ― Training and Research" section is deleted.
The Order of December 29, 1995 setting out the indiciary scheduling of the bodies of engineers and technical training and research personnel of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries is repealed.
The Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry, the Minister of State Reform, Decentralization and Public Service, and the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, responsible for the budget, are responsible, each with respect to it, for the execution of this Order, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
