Key Benefits:
Publics concerned: civil servants belonging to the bodies of social service assistants and technical advisers of social service of state administrations.
Purpose: Indiciary grid applicable to public servants of the social service assistants and technical advisers of the social service of the state administrations as well as to officials appointed in the employment of counsel for the social action of the state administrations.
Entry into force: the text comes into force on October 1, 2012.
Notice: This decree shall re-evaluate the compensation indices of social service assistants and technical social service advisers of state administrations and shall set the indiciary level applicable to the new employment status of adviser for the social action of state administrations.
He pays compensation to the social service assistants of the state administrations, at the beginning of his career, from the Gross Index 322 to the Gross Index 350, and the sommital remuneration of this body from the Gross Index 638 to the Gross Index 675.
With regard to the technical advisers of social service of the state administrations, the sommital remuneration of the body is increased from the crude index 660 to the gross index 730.
Finally, officials appointed in the employment of a councillor for the social action of state administrations will reach the gross index 780, and for those invested with the most important responsibilities, the gross index 801.

Vu la Act No. 83-634 of 13 July 1983 amendments to the rights and obligations of civil servants, together with Act No. 84-16 of 11 January 1984 amended with statutory provisions relating to the public service of the State;
Vu le Decree No. 48-1108 of 10 July 1948 hierarchical classification of the ranks and jobs of civil and military personnel of the State under the general pension system, in its version resulting from Decree No. 2008-385 of 23 April 2008 relative to the indiciary scheduling of the bodies and jobs of civil and military personnel of the State;
Vu le Decree No. 85-1148 of 24 October 1985 amended on the remuneration of civil and military personnel of the State, personnel of local authorities and personnel of public hospitalization institutions;
Vu le Decree No. 2008-836 of 22 August 2008 Amending the indiciary scheduling of the bodies and jobs common to the administrations of the State and its public institutions or related to several bodies of officials of the State and its public institutions;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-1098 of 28 September 2012 bearing particular status of the interdepartmental body of social service assistants of state administrations;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-1099 of 28 September 2012 bearing particular status of the interdepartmental body of the technical advisers of social service of the state administrations;
Vu le Decree No. 2012-1100 of 28 September 2012 concerning the employment of councillor for the social action of state administrations;
Having regard to the opinion of the Supreme Council of the Public Service of the State dated 10 April 2012,
Decrete:
Article 5 of the above-mentioned Decree of 22 August 2008 is replaced by the following provisions:
"Art. 5.-The indiciary scheduling applicable to the technical advisers of social service of the state administrations, governed by the Decree No. 2012-1099 of 28 September 2012 bearing particular status of the interdepartmental body of the technical advisers of social service of the state administrations, is fixed as follows:

This Order comes into force on 1 October 2012.
